It is Niman Ranch’s network of sustainable U.S. family farmers and ranchers that truly sets us apart. These hardworking men and women make up the backbone of Niman Ranch. Knowing how important it is to our customers to know where and how their food is raised, we’ve enlisted the help of Sarah Willis to author this blog. Sarah is the daughter of our founding hog farmer and manager of Niman Ranch Pork Company - Paul Willis. Sarah will keep you up-to-date on the goings-on at the Willis farm and the farms of her friends in neighboring communities; bringing her home on the farm into yours.
