We will be outside on a farm. Feel free to bring sunscreen, hats and watch the weather regarding the need for a raincoat. We will provide disposable biosecurity booties to cover your shoes for the duration of the farm tour.

Alderland Farm
Paul and Andrea Brown have been farmers, in Iowa, with Niman Ranch since 2000, and today their children help run the farm as the family’s fourth generation of farmers.
Boor Family Farm
Mikala and Eric Boor are young farmers in Iowa. They started with a plot of land with a few buildings and have created an efficient, sustainable farm.
Humanely Raised Pork
Niman Ranch pork is raised using traditional and sustainable farming methods by small, family farms in the Midwest.
