Spinach Feta Greek Meatballs

1.5 Lbs Niman Ranch Ground Lamb
5 Cups Fresh Spinach (can also use 2 cups frozen spinach)
1 egg
1/4 cup feta
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Cooking Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine your spinach with the rest of the ingredients for your meatballs.
2. Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Roll the ground meat mixture into 16-20 equal-sized balls. Add them to your air fryer basket spacing them out so they’re not touching. Air fry on 375 for 15minutes or until internal temp is 160F.
4. Repeat until all meatballs have been cooked.
