Remove your chops from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for up to 30 minutes. This will help you achieve the perfect internal temperature.

  1. Set your grill to high heat and allow to pre-heat, usually 15 minutes.
  2. Pat all sides of the pork chops dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the pork chops on the grill and close the lid.
  4. Cook using the chart below for your desired doneness. Pork chops should be cooked to a safe and savory 145°F.
  5. For a perfect finish, use a thermometer to measure the internal temperature of your pork chops. Remove the pork chops from the heat when the thermometer reads 5°F lower than desired temperature.

Allow meat to rest 10 minutes before serving. The temperature will continue to rise 5°F.

Serve with your favorite summertime sides and enjoy!
