Sell By (MM/DD/YY) or Julian dates (YYJJJ) are either printed on the Niman Ranch product packaging, label, or sticker. If you cannot find the Sell By date, the product may have a Julian date that identifies the year (YY) and day of the year (JJJ) the product was produced and frozen on.
