Niman Ranch Applewood Smoked Pulled Pork (optionally, substitute Niman Ranch Applewood Smoked Shredded Beef)

Cooking Instructions
- Heat Niman Ranch Fearless Frank(s) by steaming or grilling until hot.
- Slice the cooked dog lengthwise, about halfway through. This will allow the pulled pork to sit on the hot dog more easily.
- Heat Niman Ranch Applewood Smoked Pulled Pork in microwave, oven, or stove top, according to directions.
- Dice red onions.
- Assemble your dog! Put the hot pulled pork on top of the hot dog and sprinkle onions and BBQ sauce.
