25 minutesIngredients
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1½ teaspoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground coriander, or dried thyme or oregano
¼ teaspoon black pepper
4 Niman Ranch boneless pork chops
1 tablespoon olive oil
Cooking Instructions
-
In a small bowl, combine salt, paprika, sugar, garlic powder, coriander, and pepper.
-
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub all over with the seasoning blend. Transfer to a resealable zip-top bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
-
Remove pork chops from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Heat air fryer to 400°F, if preheating is recommended for your model. Drizzle the pork chops with the oil, rubbing all over to coat. Place the pork chops in the air fryer in a single layer. (Depending on the size of your air fryer, this may need to happen in two batches.)
-
Air fry the pork chops, flipping halfway through cooking, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F, 10 to 12 minutes total. (The temperature will increase to 145°F as they rest.) Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
Note: The spices can be replaced with 1½ tablespoons of your favorite spice blend. Make sure to adjust the salt if the blend already has it. Pork chops can vary in thickness, so you may need to adjust the cook time for thick-cut or bone-in chops. Use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature after 10 minutes.
